Encouraging Program for School-Age Children
The school-age program is designed for children in kindergarten through fifth grade. We will provide your little one with breakfast before school and after-school snacks. The teachers at The Learning Center will help your child with their daily homework. A 20 minute reading time is held each day with younger ones being guided by teachers or the older students.
Our summer curriculum is focused on reading, writing, and social-emotional skills. Children participate in many different activities such as arts and crafts, group games, board games, free play, and computer time. We organize a set of activities and field trips throughout the week during summers. The students and the teachers participate in the many wonderful events of the Winneconne Public Library during summer time.
